Our 5-Step Process
Clearance
Each project starts with the removal and disposal of waste, rubbish, damaged carpets and flooring, and where specified, the removal of damaged kitchens and bathrooms.
Preparation
Our multi-skilled team will repair any damage to skirtings, walls, stairs, ceilings and floors, and make ready the water, electric and gas connections ready for the refurbishment team to get started.
Refurbishment
Generally this will include installing a new kitchen and bathroom and making the necessary adjustments to plumbing and power supplies. The team will then decorate throughout and fit the specified floor covering ready for sign off.
Certification
Our team of approved sub-contractors will inspect the work and provide an energy performance Certificate (EPC), Gas Safety Certificate, Electrical Safety Certificate and carry out a fire safety check to ensure the smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are properly installed and commissioned.
Handover
The Project Manager will handover the property to the client and carry out a full inspection dealing with any snagging issues – hopefully there will not be any!
